1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mirror ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Mirror.

2. Description of Service

Mirror is an iOS application that provides:

• AI-powered virtual try-on functionality
• Photo processing and editing capabilities
• Virtual wardrobe management
• Credit-based usage system

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Modify or create derivative works
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

4. Credits and Payments

The App uses a credit-based system for virtual try-ons:

• Credits are required for generating try-on results
• Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and images you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the virtual try-on service.

You represent that:

• You have the right to use any content you upload
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal material

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to create inappropriate or offensive content
• Upload content featuring others without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent credit or usage limitations
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of try-on results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That results will match actual clothing fit

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
